The good word comes from DS Fanboy that Guitar Hero: On Four fans are about to get a ton more songs to play. Guitar Hero: On Tour: Decades is currently showing up in GameStop computers with a perfectly plausible November 17th ship date.

What's interesting about the Decades launch is that the game is going to ship in two SKUs, one that includes the Guitar Hero DS controller peripheral, and one that's just the naked cart. Likewise, a naked cart version of the original Guitar Hero: On Tour also looks like it's going to launch on the 17th.

What kind of sucks about the naked cart versions of Guitar Hero: On Tour is that they're both retailing for $34.99 each. That feels more than a little steep when the the versions bundled with the Guitar Grip peripheral go for $49.99 each. You'd think a naked card would be more in the $25 range.

Of course, I paid $45 for a used copy of Electroplankton yesterday, so maybe I don't really have the right to complain about game prices...
