Capcom announced Monster Hunter G's Japanese release date yesterday, April 23. While there is yet no US release yet announced for this game, a port of a PS2 title that was never released in America, some of the bonus items that will ship Monster Hunter G's limited edition could make this game really interesting for import fans.
The limited edition "start pack" of Monster Hunter G will ship with a uniquely designed Classic Controller that looks incredibly badass. To get the Classic Controller pictured above, you'll pay 1,250¥ more than the price of the 3,990¥ standard release, which merely ships with a demo for Monster Hunter 3 and a Monster Hunter CCG promo card.
If there is a US release for the game, the custom Classic Controller is a must, Capcom. Just being able to play the game would be nice, sure, but if you are going to play a PS2 port on your Wii, then you need to do it in style.
