So with the DSi's launch fast approaching, a lot of people are wondering if there's really any reason to upgrade from their faithful old DS Lites. It turns out there might be a good one, if you've got any real interest in using your DS to browse the internet. The guys at N+ created the video you see above that compares the speed of the DS Lite browser (based on Opera 8.5) versus the DSi browser (based on Opera 9.5). The difference in speed is pretty astonishing, especially when you consider the DSi browser is going to be free thrugh the DSiWare store while the DS browser still costs $30.
